Fimmer Ad Works

How we work

A simple path from first message to running campaigns

No contract comes from sending the form. Scope, price and timing are agreed between you and the service partner.

The engagement, step by step

Each stage ends with something for you to check or approve.

  1. Scope. You approve a written list of channels, pages, tracking and reporting, with the partner's quote.
  2. Access. You grant admin or standard access through each platform's user settings. No passwords are shared.
  3. Build. You look over ad copy, audiences and landing page drafts and ask for changes.
  4. Go-live. You confirm budgets, the partner launches, and test conversions are checked in each platform.

Your side of the scoping

The partner can only scope what they can see. These items help.

  • View access to existing ad accounts, if you want them looked at before the quote
  • Your GA4 property and Google Tag Manager container details
  • A list of forms on your site and where each one sends its submissions
  • Any call tracking or chat tools in use
  • Customer segments or job titles you want to reach on social platforms
  • Products, services or areas you do not want to advertise
  • Any industry rules on ad wording that apply to you

If an account was opened by someone else

Sometimes the ad account was created by a previous provider, in their name, under their manager account. Before new work starts, move ownership to your business. That usually means asking the previous provider to make you an admin, or to unlink the account so you can claim it. Pixels and tag containers can have the same problem. A partner can help you work through it, though the request has to come from you as the owner. Once the accounts sit in your name, the partner works in them as an invited user, and you can remove them whenever you like.

The first few weeks after go-live

Early spend tells you more about the setup than about the market. In the first weeks, the partner watches for search terms that do not fit, audiences that spend without converting, forms that fail on some devices and conversions that record twice. Expect a few rounds of adjustment. Ad platforms also need some data before their automated bidding settles, so snap judgments in this period are usually premature. After that, management moves to the regular cadence in your agreement, with reports and check-ins on a set schedule.

Send your request with a work email and a few notes about the campaigns you have in mind.
